This year’s Scientix STEM Discovery Campaign is a joint international initiative co-organised with the Life Terra project. The initiative invites educators, projects, organisations, libraries, schools, universities, youth clubs and all interested stakeholders across Europe and beyond to celebrate careers and studies in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
The campaign invites participants to share any STEM-related activity or action that they organised, contributed to, or attended since May 2023. These activities can take many forms: organising or attending an event, implementing a learning scenario, attending or organising a workshop, a project-like activity, festival or webinar, or inviting speakers to the class. You can participate and submit your activity by the 30th of April 2024!
The SLEs project is one of the project partners of the SDC 2024.
You want to participate?
Follow these steps:
- Log in with your EUN username and password (or register as a user if you haven’t already)
- Fill out the submission form on the STEM Discovery Campaign App or Scientix Platform.
- Click ‘I agree’ to the statement: ‘I agree for my entry to be considered for the Scientix Awards.’ to be eligible for the award
- Pin an activity on the 2024SDC Map (instructions here)
- NOTE: If you implement the activity with your colleagues, indicate their names in the ’Description’ section of the Submission Form. Don’t forget to mention “STE(A)M Learning Ecology” (SLEs) project in your descriptions.
Awards
All participants submitting to the STEM Discovery Campaign Map are eligible for one or more amazing awards: Terra Mission Award, Bioeconomy Award, Nature-based solutions in education Award, Digital Cultural heritage Award & more.
