The SLEs vision at ECOMONDO: Insights into the ‘Future Froof Skills’ Conference

On 10 November 2023, the STEAM Learning Ecologies partner APRE (Agenzia per la Promozione della Ricerca Europea) has presented the SLEs vision and approach at ECOMONDO – within the “Future proof skills” Conference held in Rimini, Italy. In the context of the European Year of Skills, the conference aimed to deepen a policy-oriented vision of the competences to be developed for the transition we need – in a cross-disciplinary and cross-society debate. 

After two keynote speeches from the policy and industry realm, Laura Mentini from APRE highlighted the key role of integrated research, innovation and education through local SLE partnerships for skills development and future job orientation for young students.
